A range of Blackett port wines is produced by Alchemy Wines of Portugal and is available through Vinha. The name derives from George Blackett of Leeds, Yorkshire, who established himself as a major merchant of Port wines in Oporto, Portugal in the 19th century and became Chairman of the Oporto British School. The name "Blackett" was revived as a brand name in 2013 by Alchemy Wines.
