Note	Mary Garth, wife of John Garth of Bishop Auckland, grocer, "sole executrix of Henry Blacket my father of Witton Castle gentleman". NB. Durham University Special Collections shows a sub-entry under this of a will dated 18 Jun 1680 but, no other burials of a Henry Blackett in 1680 having been found in the Witton-le-Wear burial register, this may refer to the will of Mary herself. At burial "wife of John Garth".
