To Thomas Davison of Ferryhill, gent., brother in law and his nephew Mark Milbanks of Barningham, Yorkshire [joint executors] all messuages etc. at Little White and Westerton in trust to use rents to pay legacies to Thomas, Ann and Mary Davison, her children, and also to other members of the family and £5 to the poor of Tanfield; The property at Little White and Westerton and elsewhere for the sole use of Morton Daviso, her son, with remainders specified.
