Co-signature with his sister Elizabeth to receipt of Ann Milbank 20 Sep 1697, being first payment to Ann of yearly sum under Will of Timothy Davison. He and his sisters, Mary and Timothea were each bequeathed a legacy of £20 under the Will dated 27 Dec 1750 of their nephew Mark Milbank of Barningham. Will proved 1770 York.
