Eliz. rem[ainder] to my right heirs - to my daur. £1000 to be paid by my son when she is 21 or married: interim £60 p.a. to my aunt Eliz. Ord £40 p.a. I make her sole ex'ix. Will proved at Leeds, Yorks. 4 Nov 1713 by Elizabeth Ord, aunt & executrix. Decree of high court of chancery in a cause wherein Wm. & Elizabeth Ord infants by Sir Wm Blackett their prochein amy [he, who without being appointed legal guardian, sues in the name of the infant for recovery of rights of the latter] were complainants against Edw.
